We are in need of more cars at our race meetings. If you have a car which was legal in the last 2 seasons, then there should be no problems with scrutineering. All you have to do is let us know about a week before the scheduled race meeting, and you can have the car checked at the track, as well as pay your club membership on the day. An N.D.R.A. licence can be obtained from the N.D.R.A. at Penrith, and this can even be done over the phone. You dont have to have a NASR licence, but you do have to have a Speedway licence. Just Google N.D.R.A. for all the relevant details. All we ask is that the car be legal , as per the latest N.S.W. Quarter Midget Assoc rule book, and you have your licence. N.D.R.A. issues a temporary licence (faxed or emailed to you, so you can get it as a last minute deal. We would really like to see all those cars currently sitting gathering dust ,back on the race track getting real dirty. Cullen Bullen really is the perfect racetrack for quarters, with a smooth surface and a number of racing lines. If you have any questions at all please drop me a line at my email address, which is garphibin@optusnet.com.au. You can also call me on my mobile. The number is 0418 269277. This is a different club to the one you knew 2 or three years ago, and we would welcome anyone back into the fold.
